536 Relationship between CRP and psoriasis arthritis subtypes: Results from real-world clinical practice in China

Background: Studies found that increased C-reactive protein (CRP) levels could be used as a marker of psoriasis arthritis (PsA) severity. However, CRP is usually normal in patients with PsA. Objective: To better understand the relationship between and subtypes PsA real-world clinical practice. Methods: In this retrospective study, were divided into two groups: ≤ 8 mg/dl (normal) ＞8 (elevated). Disease-related characteristics, including composite disease activity indices [clinical psoriatic (cDAPSA) minimal (MDA)] patient-reported outcomes (PROs), compared across groups status dependent variable. The agreement (Cohen's kappa) cDAPSA/MDA score was calculated. Results: 348 (135 females, 38.7%) included 78.7% them (n = 274) had values. Patients elevated exhibited more pain swollen joint counts. Conclusion: A proportion have CRP. significantly subtype ESR PtP, but lower women.
